- The purpose of this game is to differentiate between /er/ sound: Bossy R ir ur er. Players draw from the deck of cards. Read the card & move their marker to the closest spot. Then, record the ir, ur, and -er words on the recording sheet. There's two recording sheet options. (You don't have to use the recording sheet if you do not want to.)

Here's What's Included:

-Word Sort with Headers- students sort 30 words

-Matching- students match the picture to the word 5 pages with 5 pictures and 5 words on each page except the last page only has 4 pictures for "ur".

-Write the Room- Teacher posts the picture cards with spellings around the room. Students find the word and write it on the line OR they can fill in the Elkon Boxes. (There's 2 different recording sheets provided for the different levels of your classroom). I like to print the worksheets double-sided so students will complete ALL cards/words!
