Biography Report template

This reproducible worksheet can be used as part of a larger project or independently as a simple biography report. I made this to use as optional extra credit in my middle school science classroom. I plant to photocopy pages from "Women in Science: 50 Fearless Pioneers Who Changed the World" on to the back to give my students a start in their research. Because of the simplicity of design, this could work in a wide variety of classrooms.
