Enclosed you will find the first 5 chapters of the 7th Grade Big Ideas Foldable Notes. These guided/scaffolded notes follow the Big Ideas format with examples, but also includes key vocabulary that is altogether in one place and easy for your students to locate.
**************************************************************************************************************** I made these foldables to help support my Special Needs students and 504 students that need accommodations, but these are also great for the Gen. Ed. students as well.
Please feel free to tweak how you use these foldables to fit your teaching style.

I might also suggest that you have colored pencils, highlighters, etc., available for the students to use as they are working on their foldables. I also gave the students a notebook grade once a week. They received 1 point each day, or 5 points for the week if their notebooks were filled out completely. You can do this if you want, it certainly is not necessary though.
