What educators are saying

Amazing as always. I use every part of it to reinforce the skill we're focused on. Easy to understand, keeps students engaged, and simple to follow. The phonics portion is great too with a variety of activities.
This resource provides many awesome activities that support and reinforce the content, skills, and strategies taught in the Benchmark units. My students were always looking forward to them.

I have done almost all the work for you and created this supplemental unit with Anchor Chart Posters. As always, I have included many quality activities for you to pick and choose what you feel is important. You can use the pages in this unit for small group, centers, whole group, morning work, and homework you may not post these on the internet.

It is aligned with the series including many of the concepts and more. I have added a creative touch to teaching the concepts in the series. I love using Depth and Complexity prompts/icon and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) to create my activities. I also include Thinking Maps and Close Reading in my products. This is great teaching for all. If you are looking for something that matches Benchmark Advance exactly or exact Benchmark wording DO NOT purchase this unit. This is my interpretation of the series. I have no affiliation with Benchmark Advance.
