Back to School: All About Me Quilt- Get to Know Your Classmates!

This back-to-school activity is an excellent resource to not only get to know your students, but for your students to get to know each other in a creative way!

There are 15 total slides that include a multitude of ways in which you can have your students complete this activity. Here are some of them:

• (2) different 8x10 designs for you to choose from.
• A (7x7) square design
• A (5x5) square design
• Each of the square designs have optional worksheets that could be used that include questions for the students to evaluate their own products with that of their peers when answering.
• Different extension activity ideas that take this activity even further. Along with the extension activities, I have provided a blank copy of the student answer document and blank copies of the color by number designs. For the blank copies of the designs, the students will have to write their own numbers for others to complete their activity.

• The options are ENDLESS!!

Put all of the student products together and make a quilt for the perfect bulletin board display for Open House or the beginning of the year!

You could even laminate each square and have the students put them on their lockers or cubbies!
