TEACHER REVIEW: Dani; 5 STARS
My students LOVE bingo, so this was something they thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you!
Great community-building activity for after Spring Break!
Updated to include the regular version (with and without pics) and a Covid safety version(with and without pics).
Students take the Bingo sheet and find a friend who meets specific requirements. (e.g. helped someone, watched a movie) When a student finds a person that meets a requirement, that student signs their name in the appropriate box.
Bingo!
The teacher can determine if students need to fill in a row, column, four corners, or the whole board!
Note: *I worked to make the bingo criteria as universal as possible to many students.
Old Bingo Criteria: went to the movies OR watched a movie on Netflix).
Updated Bingo Criteria: watched a movie
All prompts are in past tense--(ate pizza, saw snow)-- a great way to practice grammar!
Picture Bingo Sheet is Supportive for ESL students and early readers.
This activity is perfect for second through fifth grade students!
INCLUDED:
**How to Page** with tips and ideas for the teacher
**Bingo Sheet with pictures** to support your young students and English Language Learners.
**Bingo without pictures** Great for older students.
How many names can you fit into each box?!
