You will not need to purchase any licenses to design or create your own items that you wish to sell on any website. All items this store are copyrighted to Digi Designs by Lorelei.

You are not allowed to sell any of my designs "as is." You must create something with new with the items I offer here for your own personaluse or to sell.

You are not allowed to design or create anything to be given away free in online or offline groups or through forums.
*But you are allowed to give away the occasional freebie to be used for promotional purposes on your website or blog.

You are not allowed share any of my designs with anyone--not your sister, not your best friend, not even your pastor. File sharing is illegal.

You MUST give credit to Digi Designs by Lorelei by providing an actual clickable link to www.digiclipart.com in each product description for any design you create with any of my products.

You are allowed to do the following with the clipart purchased here at my store:

1. create and sell paper piecings and print and cuts
2. create and sell digitized embroidery patterns
3. create and sell digital scrapbook kits BUT you must create something new with the clipart and never include just the clip art in a kit.
4. create and sell printables
5. create and sell items on Cafe Press, Zazzle, etc.
6. create and sell items at Teachers Pay Teachers and other multi-vendor sites
7. create items for your classroom including Smart Boards
8. create and sell websets or blogwear.


All of these are allowed only if you give proper credit to my site as mentioned at the beginning of this document.

You are not allowed to:
1. Create your own digital stamps with the clipart nor may you alter the colors of the clip art.
2. Mass produce any item you create with my clipart.
3. Put the items on a CD/DVD to sell.

You are allowed to:

1. Create and sell digitized embroidery patterns BUT you must color them in first.
2. Create and sell printables by coloring them in or leaving them black and white so others may color them as long as you are adding extra text or a border to them. Do not just put them on a white background and leave it at that.
3. Print them off and color them in by hand using copic/water color pencils/chalk and selling them as a finished design such as a handmade card or printable.

All of these are allowed only if you give proper credit to my site as mentioned at the beginning of this document.

You are not allowed to:
1. Color them in and sell as clip art sets.
2. Put them on a white background and sell them as is. Create something new with them!!
3. Create rubber stamps or any type of stamp for anything other than personal use.

1. Create and sell layouts/quick pages you design with my kits.
2. Create and sell printables you make from the kits.

All of these are allowed only if you give proper credit to my site as mentioned at the beginning of this document.

You are not allowed to:
1. Use any piece of my kit "as is" in your own creations. I do not allow scraplifting as you must create something new with the items I sell as Digi Scrappables.
2. Use any piece of my kit in your own digital scrap kits that you sell.
