This sheet will automatically calculate the number of check marks a student received throughout the day as well as a percentage. This makes for easy data tracking when it comes to reporting on IEP goals!
If you prefer a paper chart, I recommend removing the total calculations and selecting "Portrait" and "Fit to Page" in the print settings.
