As you wish!

If we, like Aladdin, had a magic lamp and a Genie that would grant us wishes…. What would we wish for?

This art project is ideal for the beginning of the New Year!

It allows the students to reflect on what is important and make a wish for the new year.

You can easily adapt this project for any other time of the year, as well.

Simple materials. Fun technique!

Level:

• Grade 2 and up

Technique:

• Drawing
• Painting

Visual Language:

• Patterns
• Warm colours
• Cool colours

Materials:

• White cardboard (8.5 x 11 inches)
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Coloured Pencil crayons
• Dry pastels and white chalk
