Art Musuem Drawing Project

This project all about art history linear perspective! The prompt is to curate and draw an art show using 1 or 2 point perspective. Before starting the project there are a myriad of skill building and research driven assignments including: Colored Pencil Blending Worksheet (with exmaples), Mini Masterpiece reproduction (with examples), Art Museum Research (editable Google Slides meant to be given as a copy for each student), Digitally Curated Art Show (instructions & an editable Google Slides meant to be given as a copy for each student), 1 point & 2 point perspective (with demo videos), information on how to plan for the drawing (with student examples of the finished product and plan) as well as an editable Google Slides for submitting the final project. I spend about 7 (hour and a half) class periods leading up to this project and 5 class periods working on the project itself (High School Art 1 students). All resources are Google Slides (or Google Docs) and can be edited to suit your specific needs.
