Anxiety Rating Scale

This is a visual for students who struggle with anxiety or anger management. Rating scale from 1-5 gives a visual reminder of what it feels like and what to do when you feel your emotions rising. With 5 being in the "Red Zone", I like to teach students that they never want to let their emotions reach a level 5.
