Description

This fun and colorful picture sort is ideal for teaching students about animal classifications and groups! This can be used in a center, for small groups, whole class, or independently! Students are asked to sort animal picture cards into the following categories: mammals, birds, fish, insects, and reptiles/amphibians. Can be modified for younger grades (sorting, matching, grouping) and be used in upper grades (classifications, animal groupings, similar characteristics).
