Great way to introduce the Rhetorical Appeals! Students learn how to identify ethos, pathos, and logos as they analyze commercials for premise, target audience, and the 3 appeals.
This is editable, so you can adjust as necessary. It ALSO includes an answer key, so or trust that a sub will be able to walk your students through it if you are absent! Commercials are linked in the document to youtube, this could easily be done in class together, or individually online or from home! Students who are absent will find the explanation at the top and instructions easy to follow.
