What educators are saying

Used with 6th graders. It's a great resource to use in a pinch. I will be keeping this to use with my students next year as well.

Description

These Analogies Practice Worksheets will help students understand analogies. An analogy shows the relationship between pairs of words. The relationship between the first pair of words is the same as the relationship between the second pair of words. For example, quick is to: fast as loud is to: noisy. If your students struggle with figuring out analogies, they probably need more practice. This resource includes ten practice worksheets for students. They must use the words in the box to complete the analogies. Higher level vocabulary. Answer keys included. Please see full preview.
Digital and Print: I have also made an Easel Activity ready to go for distance learning with a digital pen tool, highlighter, and text boxes for students to type their answers. It is an Interactive layer over the original pdf to use on the TPT platform. You assign it online via Google Classroom. Click here to learn more if you want to understand how Easel Activities work. You can select the pages you want and add your own directions or notes! This is helpful for remote teaching. Access on the product page after purchase. 15 pages plus 10 digital Easel Activity pages.
