This Civil War Timeline Research project comes with instructions for chunking and scaffolding so that students are not overwhelmed. The final product will be a student-created Civil War timeline.

How to use with Lower Level Students:

-Project Description includes a 3 step process for completing the Civil War project. Have students start with step 1 (putting the events in chronological order), and give assistance as necessary. When students are finished with the first step, they can move on to step 2.
