    Description

Teaching a letter a week is a popular way to master the letters in kindergarten. As I am teaching a letter of the week, I am also incorporating ALL of the letters of the alphabet into our learning! Most kindergarten curriculum follows this pattern, and it is an exciting way to teach thematically if you want to be talking about a certain letter all week long.

For each letter there are 5 printables, one letter poster, and a decodable book. The students will:

    -recognize the letter

-color the picture with the beginning sound

    -trace the letter

    -print the letter

-sort the upper- and lowercase letters

-letter decodable: copy and cut on the line, staple into a booklet, and have the students trace the letter and word

    -poster of the letter

    The letters included are:

    Letter A
