Using the Alphabet Mats

Print the mats out and laminate them. Or stick each sheet in write and wipe pockets for even easier setup.

Put the play dough mats and play dough on a table and invite your students to trace the letters on the mat with play dough.

The easiest way to do this is to show them how to roll play dough “snakes” and then use those to form the letters.
