Description

This short story resource for "All Summer in a Day" by Ray Bradbury is a low prep packet and includes a student PDF file with the student activity pages and a second PDF with all student pages, teacher notes, answer keys, student samples, and the link to a Google Drive digital file.

"All Summer in a Day" is a science fiction short story. Students identify features of science fiction before reading the story. There are a variety of reading and writing activities from which to choose. It is also a great choice for a class discussion about bullying.

I use this short story with 6th graders, but it is a story that has many levels and can be used up through high school.
