Airmasses & Fronts PowerPoint! Great Animation included!

Students will summarize the relationship of the movement of air masses and frontal boundaries to storms. Students must know that the interactions between air masses and fronts result in various weather conditions. Students will take brief notes about air masses & fronts then complete a handout using this PowerPoint and the website http://www.phschool.com/atschool/phsciexp/active_art/weather_fronts <----- preview this! Its great! You can download the Fronts and Airmasses handout from my store to be used with this site and PowerPoint. After students do the fill in the blank notes, they will watch all three animations. At the end of the PowerPoint is a student drawn poster of all 4 fronts that I have my students illustrate and keep in their binder for reference!
