Description
This no prep lesson and guided notes on adding & subtracting decimals is a research based, engaging, and classroom tested solution for the busy teacher. Guided notes are a proven method for increasing learning outcomes. I have used this resource in my 6th grade classroom with great success. Examples are specifically chosen to address common student errors. This includes real world problems involving money, lining up the decimal and adding zero's, and regrouping.
