Acid and Base Rocket Contest - Project Based Learning (PBL)

This PBL was created for students to creatively design rockets that are launched using common acids and bases. Students will try to design the rocket that launches the highest by getting in groups to research acid and base rockets, designing their own rocket, and then launching it against other groups in the class.

This PBL provides students significant freedom and creativity with a rubric to guide them in the appropriate direction. I include all of the necessary documents for easy implementation of this PBL including the Entry Document, Background Information, Grading Rubric, Self and Peer Evaluations, and Answer Key.
