Description

This is a combination science/ science fiction writing prompt. It includes imagination. Students are on the way to an amazing asteroid. It appears that this asteroid, might have been a planet -but had a serious collision! It is thought to be made of an iron core, some nickel, and a lot of gold. What an amazing M asteroid! (Metallic asteroid) And, by the way, it does exist! Students finish the prompt. There are 2 quotes by famous scientists, as well. Perhaps, this prompt can be turned into a contest/project in a unit on astronomy? See who has the most creative ending? Thanks ever so much for visiting and supporting our humble shop. Excelsior!
