Description

The Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence Data Collection Tool is the easiest way for a teacher to collect behavioral data with a series of pull down handles for number selection and pre-made graphs for team presentation. Behaviors are inputted but fully modifiable. Behavior can be tracked across days/ time of day and months of the year. Teachers can complete this form in minutes and save time from filling out paper and pencil ABC forms. Satisfaction guaranteed and support is always available.

Instructions: Step 1 Top of page type student name

Step 2: Select the number of times the antecedent has occurred. If you are keeping a running file meaning every day you are updating this then you will need to update this each day. If you have a collection of paper data collected then input from those documents.

Step 3: Repeat process for behaviors observed.

Step 4: repeat for consequences utilized. time of day (and months if available).

Step 5: Click the brown boxes marked graph to obtain the graph for any of the above for printing

If you just want to know the frequency of the events across the entire school year then select the box at the bottom marked : EVENTS by Days of the Month and find the date and input the number of times the behavior occurred by day.
