A Long Way Gone Study Review Chapter 20

A Long Way Gone Study Review Chapter 20, is a review packet that includes text based questions, inferential and evaluative questions, as well as a vocabulary section with 8 words from the chapter. There are multiple choice questions, short answer questions, and questions that ask the reader to provide evidence and analyze. The vocabulary section includes the sentence from the book that the word appears in, matching definitions and synonyms and antonyms. There is an answer key included, with page numbers.

I use this document as glasswork with my self-contained special education classes, where we read the novel together and discuss the answers as we go. I use this as a homework piece and then discussion points with my general education/co-taught classes.

This is a great way to make sure the students are actually reading the novel and practicing citing evidence and thinking about what they are reading.
