Description
This resource is a introduction to students of managing finances. Students are given the opportunity to use their knowledge of percents and basic math operations to learn how to manage their money. We found that this activity has the potential to span a few days.
Students will learn about:
- monthly income
- tax deductions
- setting a budget
- paying for a home
- paying for a car
- saving and investing towards retirement
- and a handful of other finance related topics
