Description

Perfect for Google Classroom and distance learning, students work on a spiral review of problems aligned with the 7th Grade Math Standards in this Grade 7 math end of year review escape room activity. Not all standards are addressed though because it would be too long. The codes (answer key) for each lock are provided! Also great for 8th grade Beginning of the Year activity and for differentiating instruction. The bonus lock/level at the end can be optional for the sake of time. Or perhaps have students finish for homework or the next day in class.

This product is in my 7th Grade DIGITAL Escape Room BUNDLE.

There are 6 problem sets. Each one has 4 math problems, except for one problem set that has 5 problems. Help your students have fun while engaging in mathematics. A GIF appears on each lock only after students successfully decode each lock. Pull students in small groups to support struggling learners!

-- Teacher Dashboard & Data:

Not only will students receive basic feedback for correctness on their end; you will instantly be able to view student data in a snapshot on the free teacher dashboard (all digital) to determine gaps and misconceptions. This will help you support student learning via small groups, 1 on 1 support, or whole group. A check mark symbol (on the teacher dashboard) indicates correct answer, whereas "x" indicates incorrect. The dashboard shows the entire class - all students - while also showing their correctness at the same time. Progress monitoring data are essential in order to drive decisions around whether students are meeting the standards and learning goals, all while students are engaging in some fun!

Directions are provided on a slide and also on a short video in the activity. Super easy to implement and straightforward using Desmos, a free and user-friendly platform. Help your students have fun while engaging in mathematics. Pull students in breakout rooms or small groups to support struggling learners!

A tornado rips through Kansas, picking up Dorothy's house and taking it all the way to a strange, magical land called Oz. The tornado drops the house on top of the Wicked Witch of the East. Now, the dead witch's sister, the Wicked Witch of the West, is after Dorothy and wants her red ruby slippers.

All Dorothy wants is to return home. Will you be able to help her escape from the evil Wicked Witch? Time is running out! Start solving these problems to find the codes that will save Dorothy!
