Data Tracking Folded Flip Book

Students will have fun recording their mastery towards standards in their foldable flip book. The flip book has one page dedicated to each of the 5 math domains. The standard numbers are listed as well as student language of the standard. A spot is waiting for students to write their mastery level for each standard. The mastery scale has two versions: with and without the word descriptors so you can choose the set that fits your needs. This is a great addition to your interactive math journals! (PDF format)

Self-Evaluation Rating Scale Posters

Included in the set are 4-point self-evaluation rating posters that help students self assess and climb the ladder of mastery. These are in two sizes: full page format and 4 per page format for use in student math notebooks. (PDF format)

Student Progress Graphs - (Found only in this set!)

Also included are graphs for each of the five math domains for students to record pretest and post test scores for the standards assessments you give. The color key asks students to graph pretest scores in red and posttest scores in blue. There is another complete data tracking graph set without a vertical rating scale so you can add your own. "I Can" Statement Posters

The “I Can” math statement posters are ready to post each day and are created with choice in mind. Included are two sizes of posters – a full size set and a set in half-sheet size (pocket chart size). The “I Can” posters are listed in student language in two formats: in cluster format and in specific standard format. Each domain is clearly labeled with the domain and standard and includes a graphic for easy identification and sorting. (PDF + editable PowerPoint)

Data Notebook Binder Covers, Backs, Spines

The set has 4 color-coordinated covers for student data notebooks and there are coordinating backs and spines in 4 sizes. The cover pages are in manuscript and also in cursive and in two colors so you can use one color with boys and the other for girls. There is a teacher binder cover set also. (PDF format)
