Description

As an avid fitness and exercise enthusiast, I have gone through many fitness programs and regimens. Here is a set of 71 cards each consisting of a different exercise. These are all body weight exercises and are only 5-minute workout plans which are quick and easy to implement into any part of your day and your fitness units. Each has a modification that you can apply if you or your student needs it. The kids absolutely love them, they are tried, tested, and fully true. Basically, you have 71 different workout plans and with these cards, you will be engaged in a new workout with a completely different outcome and experience, constantly keeping your muscles confused and getting stronger.
