Description
After beginning a lecture on the (3) three different types of criminal homicide in the state of New Jersey, 75% of all LWBAT demonstrate an understanding of how intent to cause “serious bodily injury” must exist to constitute “murder” by READING the New Jersey Criminal Code Manual statute 2C:11-1 then by WRITING the common misconception between “murder” and “homicide” in the state of New Jersey their notebooks.
