Description

20 interesting short reading fluency passages with comprehension questions. These reading passages are designed to improve students' reading fluency and comprehension and target a variety of skills to make the reading experience more engaging and fun.

The students will have to:

* read each passage 3 times (for fluency)

* answer each question with a complete sentence/ or multiple choice questions/ or sequencing questions

Students have to read each passage 3 times, so I would suggest choral reading the 1st time, partner reading the 2nd time, and independent reading the 3rd time.

You can use these passages for literacy stations, morning work, or reading homework!

Answer keys included!

Happy teaching!
