There are a multitude of templates to choose from. 1) Horizontal or Vertical Layout 2) 5 or 7 Day View 3) Color or Blackline templates.
Dates are updated every July for your convenience; however - you asked and I listened! I have gone ahead and included calendar templates up until the 2025-2026 school year, for those who like to get a head start on their school year!
You can print these out in color or use the black and white version provided to print on colorful paper. You can also save your calendar as a PNG and send it to your students' parents in an email or post it on your website! These calendar templates make parent communication a breeze!

Which sections of the calendar are editable?
You may edit the text boxes within are editable so that you can personalize your content for your parents. You CANNOT edit the days of the week heading at the top, monthly headers, the size of the boxes behind the text boxes, or the graphics on each page.
How do I download the fonts that you've used in your samples?
I have used the font from Kimberly Geswein Fonts (aka KG Fonts) called No Regrets in the text boxes. These free for you to download and use from Teachers Pay Teachers.
What programs do I need to use this resource?
To edit this file, you will need the latest version of PowerPoint. The online version does not have some of the editing capabilities that the full version has, so please make sure that you have access to the full version. This file is easy to use, but if you have any technical difficulties, please contact TPT Customer Service. Please be sure to read the instructions and printing tips within the document.
