What educators are saying

My students loved this activity. They were engaged and participated in a gallery walk style activity where they each had to read about a person then have a conversation with those walking around. Thanks for sharing!
Great resource to get my students out of their seats and engaged in conversations about important figures from the 1920s.

Both Print & Digital (Google Drive) versions are included!

Buyer Feedback:

Wonderful exercise! Perfect for getting students engaged and moving!

Each student will be assigned a “celebrity” and read aloud their biography to the students in the class as they “mingle” around the room. They will complete critical thinking questions to demonstrate their knowledge of each topic they learn about. As an assessment, they complete an acrostic.

To make it more engaging it is suggested you play 1920s music in the background and provide costumes and props the students can use for their characters. The students will feel as if they stepped back in time!
